Slumberdown Mem-Gel Pillow Review

Recently I was asked to join the Slumberdown Panel of Mums, this is something that I couldn't say no to as buying new bedding is one ofd my favourite things of all time, not that we do it often but that feel of a new fluffy duvet or pillow is heaven. Luckily for me we are planning on decorating our bedroom in the very near future and top of my list for new bits and pieces is new bedding. I can't wait.

The first product I was asked to review was the Slumberdown Mem-Gel  pillow.

What makes this pillow different to any I have ever had or seen is that it features an advanced cooling layer. If your like me and sweat a lot at night especially when it has been so warm, you will probably find it hard to get a decent nights sleep. If this is the case this pillow may just be for you. On those hot nights that we've recently had my head has been lovely and cool and I've had the best nights sleeping ever when its been so warm, I was worried that I would be able to feel the cooling layer through my pillow case and that it would be horrible to sleep on but this wasn't the case at all and you cant even tell that there is a cooling layer.

The cool layer can be removed to cleaned, but it must only be cleaned with a damp sponge. The layer is just like a pillow case and easily fits over the  memory foam base. The memory foam filling moulds to your head, meaning you get optimum support and comfort. Since using the pillow I haven't woken up with a painful neck or stiff neck once, something which i used to experience before when pillows have moved or bunched up in the wrong places. It has also helped ease the backache I used to get from sleeping in the wrong position for too long.
