Breakfast for a terrific start of the day! (Burt Waikiki)

Dubai is a city of superlatives: the largest city in the UAE with the tallest building in the world, the Al-Burj, and some of the most luxurious restaurants in the world. When it comes to breakfast in Dubai, the city has elevated the breakfast concept to the status of a city tradition that one cannot afford to miss. Breakfast Restaurants in Dubai Marina is something everyone should try once in a while. With a splendid view of the beach, the Jumeirah Restaurants offer you an amazing variety of breakfast that will satiate your taste buds.

Although in many hotels guests have the delight of buffet breakfasts, it is good to eat local wherever you go. In Dubai, however, due to the enormous Indian population, Indian cuisine counts as local. If you live in the Western world, you are probably familiar with Indian food, but more than likely, the cuisine they serve is North Indian. You might not yet have tried South Indian food, which is vastly different from what your neighborhood Indian joint serves. Thanks to the Indians who are building the new Dubai, you will find a large number of South Indian restaurants there, and most are cheap. Why not try them?

Start your day watching yachts glide past your table as the kids tuck into their breakfast at the best restaurants in Dubai. The food is healthy, with flavorsome egg dishes and crispy pastries making up the breakfast menu. If you are feeling adventurous, order the Shakshouka (eggs cooked in tangy tomato salsa spiked with garlic, paprika, and chili), but keep it away from the little ones unless they have a taste for spice!

If you have had a late morning, or just want to spend the day lazing around, you might as well want to take the advantage of the breakfast delivery Dubai to order a sumptuous breakfast. Whether it is Local, Continental, Mediterranean, Asian or a variety of International cuisine, breakfast Dubai Marina serves up the most diverse taste sensations to suite every unique visitor that arrives.

But when it comes to a healthy start of the day, Kauai leads the pack with its scintillating line up of healthy and organic juices crafted from the finest exotic fruits. Going healthy and organic is the new trend as far as Dubai's restaurants and residents are concerned and it is sparking radical change in the hospitality sector on a whole.

A Beef Stew that Anyone Can Master

Although it is hailed for being an easy meal to make, beef stew can sometimes be a bit tricky to master. Either the meat is too tough, or the potatoes are undercooked - or some ingredient just doesn't sit well with the rest. Lucky for you, you can easily master this particular beef stew recipe and become a true kitchen queen!

Your best weapon with this stew is a slow-cooker or crockpot. That's why it's so easy! But if you don't have one of those, you can simply use a large pot. Once you've thrown all of your ingredients in at the right time, you just need to sit back and wait for the delicious stew to cook to perfection. Here's how to make really easy, hearty beef stew with a delectable meaty taste:

Ingredients:

500 g of stewing beef1 chopped onionSome chopped celery and baby carrots2 handfuls of baby potatoes2 beef stock cubesA small tin of tomato pasteSpices to taste (such as salt, rosemary, thyme, sage etc.)

Method:

If not chopped up already, chop your meat up into smaller, 2 cm chunks.Chop up your vegetables.Put everything into your slow-cooker/crockpot/pot.Mix your beef stock cubes with about 500 ml of hot water. Stir with a fork until dissolved.Add the beefy broth to your pot.Add your spices to taste.Leave to simmer on a medium heat for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. If you are using a slow-cooker or crockpot, leave to cook for the same amount of time on a high heat. Top up with water (mixed with a bit of beef soup if you like) whenever the liquid level gets too low.

As a variant, you can also add some butter beans to your stew to make it extra hearty, nutritious and delicious. Add the cooked or tinned beans 10 minutes before the 2 hours of simmering are up. Beef stew is always best paired with lots of fluffy white rice (be sure not to overcook the rice). You can also hollow out half a loaf of bread and enjoy a non-spicy bunny chow that perfectly mops up the gravy of the stew. An incredibly versatile dish, you can easily convert it into a curry by adding curry powder to the seasoning of the cooking. Store your stew in the fridge and enjoy it for lunch and dinner the next day too! You'll definitely want to once you've tasted the fruits of your (really easy) labour!

A Fancy Recipe for a Flavourful Egg Curry

Who doesn't love a tasty curry? And who can ever say 'no' to an adventurous meal that includes eggs? If you have been on the hunt for adventurous egg recipes that are sure to impress at your next dinner party, you have just hit the jack-pot. This vegetarian masterpiece will tantalise even the most discerning of taste-buds. So, whip out your favourite savoury seasoning, as well as your non-stick frying pan, and get cooking.

Ingredients:

6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half1 medium cauliflower2 large potatoes, peeled and cut4 cloves of garlic, chopped2 Tbsp. (30 ml) of almonds, flaked and toasted1 3/5 cups (400 ml) of coconut milk2 Tbsp. (30 ml) of curry pasteA thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled and grated1 red chilli, chopped1 onion, peeled and dicedA handful of fresh coriander, chopped3 Tbsp. (45 ml) of vegetable oil

Method:

Begin by slowly heating a large, non-stick pan. Once warm, turn up the heat to medium, add the vegetable oil and the onion, and fry for 8-10 minutes until soft and golden.Add the garlic, ginger and chilli and fry for a further two minutes. Turn up the heat slightly and add the potatoes. Fry these for four minutes until the outsides begin to soften.Next, stir in the curry paste and allow to infuse for one minute before adding the cauliflower florets. Coat the florets in the mixture for about one minute.Pour in the coconut milk and mix well. If necessary, add a bit of salt and pepper. Raise the heat and bring the concoction to a sturdy boil whilst stirring. Once boiling, cover the pan, reduce the heat, and leave to simmer for 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally until the vegetables have softened and the mixture has thickened.Place your eggs, yolk-side up, into the mixture and cover again for two minutes, allowing the curry to simmer gently.Dish up the meal and serve with a generous sprinkling of almonds and a quality cheese seasoning for additional flavour. 1

Chef's tip: Thanks to the cauliflower and potato, this curry can be served on its own. However, if you prefer a bit of rice, feel free to serve it alongside the curry.

This dish is ideal for any lunch or dinner get-together. In fact, it is so simple to make, it will fit in perfectly with any family meal plan, too. If your kids are picky when it comes to spicy foods, simply forgo the chilli and use more cheese seasoning before serving instead.
