Once all the ingredients prepared, combine ginger, the garlic, soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch plus the sesame oil and red pepper chopped in a large ziplock bag and then add the meat cuts to the bag. Seal the bag, mix to combine and marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Starting after frying marinade by heating a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat in your kitchenette.

Then cover the pan with cooking spray and then add mushrooms, onion and bell pepper to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes until they are crisp tender and transfer to a large bowl.

Then combine the broth and the remaining 2 teaspoons of cornstarch and stir with a whisk until it dissolves completely. Add to the Pan, scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Bring to a boil for about 1 minute until the mixture thickens but stir constantly.

Return meat and vegetables to pan and mix gently to coat and combine everything.

Serve this easy sautéed immediately while hot with jasmine rice.
