Making Sweet Music With ELC...

If you have a budding musician in the family or want to introduce your little one to the world of music ELC have the perfect gift idea for you... A guitar.

The guitar is made from brightly coloured wood and will appeal to a young child. James says he likes it because it has his favourite colours green and blue on it.

This guitar is ideal for any small child who wants to practise their hold and tunes as it is the perfect size for young children. Great for developing hand to eye coordination and auditory skills, this would make a wonderful first guitar, allowing your little one to have lots of fun making their own music. It features four nylon strings that are easy on little fingers, but will hopefully encourage your child to experiment with sound and tone. You can even tune the strings by turning the threads.

Here is James showing us how to play the guitar. As you can see (and listen carefully as he isn't very loud) he does need more practice but I am sure he will definitely continue and even consider trying to learn the guitar properly when he is a bit older. He is by far the more talented out of all the boys when it comes to making music. It is both fun and educational learning for him.

The guitar is usually priced at £20 but at the minute it is on offer for £16. It is suitable for children aged 3 years and over.
