Ingredients required for cooking:
(1) Spinach (Palak) boiled leaves (2 cups)
(2) Cooked potatoes (5-6 pieces)
(3) Bread slice (7-8)
(4) Oil
(5) Paste green cool & ginger
(6) Coriander leaves
(7) Salt to taste
(8) TL Garam Masala,
9) tsp Amchur powder or lemon (subject to availability)
(10) TL sugar
Method
(1) Spinach (Palak) cooking and remove the water and make the paste.
(2) Potatoes to cook and to break it
(3) Grind the bread in mixture
(4) In a bowl, Palak, potatoes, spinach mix then
5) Then add the Masala paste from green cooling & ginger, salt, Gram Masala, Amchur powder & sugar.
(6) All the elements mix slowly and correctly.
7 Roll each Kabab in small balls or the desired shape.
8) Take a deep Pan fry, heat the oil and deep fry Kabab up to become golden brown.
