Back to School With Gettingpersonal.co.uk

The countdown to the start of the new school year is one of the most stressful times of year for me as a parent. Yes its lovely having the boys at home for the holidays but it is also the time when I have to rush around and try to find new uniforms, stationary and all the other things that they need.

Recently I was contacted by gettingpersonal.co.uk to ask if I would like to review some of their back to school products. We were sent a Lunch bag, a journal and a note book. The added difference to these is that they are personalised.

The three items arrived quickly and well packaged. The website says items will be sent within 14 days of ordering them. I was very impressed at the quality of all 3 products. They are all well made and are definitely made to last.

Callum cant wait to take his new notebook and journal to school with him in September. These two products are a great idea for both children and students and you can choose from many different designs. Callum's notebook says "THE AWESOME ADVENTURES OF CALLUM" on the front and his journal says "NOTES OF A GENIUS". There are lots of different designs to choose from too for each of these so you will be spoilt for choice. The notebooks are priced from £5.99 and the journals are priced from £8.99. Both the journals and note book can have either lined or plain pages, which in Callum's case is great for his artwork or jotting down notes for his homework etc.  I am sure that both of these will come in handy over the next school year.

James asked for the lunch bag as he is a huge Cars and Lightning McQueen fan. He is starting full time school this September and will need to stay all day. He said he needed one just like his big brothers and he needed (like all 4 year olds do) something to put his big boys dinner in.  The lunch bag is of a reasonable size and will easily hold  a small persons packed lunch in it. It is made from a insulated material so and food kept inside is kept fresh. It is easy to wipe clean too which for me is an important factor as my boys are so messy and like to spill things like yogurt in their bags.

You can have any named personalised on the back of the bag, we went simply for "James" as we are unsure which class he will be in when he starts school (there are 2 classes for each school year). The bag also has a carry handle on the top making it easy to carry to school. It is priced at £19.99.

Overall I am impressed with these products and I am sure that they will last through the school year. I have 3 excited boys who cant wait to get back to school to see all their friends and one in particular who cant wait to show off his new lunch bag.
