Ingredients

Boneless Chicken : 500 gramCurd : 2 table spoonfulBlack Pepper : 1 table spoonfulCapsicum Yellow : 1 small bowl chopped into smaller piecesCapsicum Red : 1 small bowl chopped into smaller piecesCapsicum Green : 1 small bowl chopped into small piecesGreen chillies : 1chopped 2 table spoonfulTomato Puree : 1 small bowl fullCoriander leaves : chopped Few Fresh LeavesChopped tomatoes : 2 table spoonfulJuliana Onion : 1 bowl full (Cut into smaller pieces)Ginger crushed : 1 table spoonfulGarlic crushed : 1 and half table spoonfulShaahi garam masala : 2 tea spoonfulButter : 100gramSalt : According to tastesugar : According to tasteFresh cream : 1 small bowl fullMilk : 1 bowl fullGinger paste : 1 table spoon fullGarlic paste : 1 table spoon fullGreen chilli Paste : 2 Table Spoon

Method By Step-By-Step

Wash the boneless properly.Now mix curd, salt, black pepper, onion, ginger, garlic one by one. Than mix it properly with the help of hand and keep it on the refriragetor.Switch on the gas and keep a cooking pan on it. Now give butter over the pan and put onion on it when butter will be melt. Give some on it and fry it till it will be light brown with the cutted capsicum in three colours.One by one you need to give masala on it, which is ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, and black papper powder, salt. Now fry it in low flame with some water unless masala will be burn.With chopped tomato and fry it properly unless butter will be comes out.Now keep the marinate chicken over the masala. And cook it with some water and tromato puree.Now cover it with a plate and cook it from 5 to 7 minutes in low flames.When it will be fried give milk on it. And mix it.When the chicken will be boil which is with milk.Now add garam masala on it and mix it.Now switch of the gas and keep it on standing mode for ten minutes.Now bring the dish in a bowl after it will cook.Now garnish it with fresh cream, green chilli (Juliana cutted), coriander leaves.If you want you can add some black to make it spicy.Now your dish is ready.

You can serve the dish with bread or chappati or paratha according to your taste which you like.
