Colourful Stuff Mutton Capsicum

Ingredients

Red capsicum : 2 Pieces

Yellow capsicum : 2 Pieces

Onion : 2 Chopped onions

Garlic : 2 chopped

Green Chillies : 4-5 Pieces

Red Chilli powder : 1 tea spoonful

Coriander Powder : 1 tea spoonful

Salt : as per taste

Sugar : as per taste

Ginger paste : 1 tea spoonful chopped

Garam Masala Powder : 2 tea spoonful powder

Cornflour : 2 table spoonful

Butter : 200 gms

Refined vegetable oil : 200 gms

Tomato Puree : 1 cup

Black pepper : 2 tea spoonful

Chopped mutton : Half kilo

Fresh cream : Half cup

Method:Step-By-Step

First take all the capsicum in a bowl and wash them properly. Now remove all the seeds from Capsicum from one side.Add 2 table spoon of oil in a pan and put it over the gas stove and let it warm.Now add two chopped onions, garlic, ginger and green chillies in it. Also sprinkle some salt and sugar (according to taste). Keep frying it.Once the masala gets fried properly add chopped mutton. Stir it well and add garam masala, black pepper and tomato puree in it. Also add salt (as per taste), red chilli powder, and coriander powder along with garam masala in it.Let it fry and boil properly. After 5 minutes switch off the gas and take it out in a separate bowl. Now keep it to cool for some time. Take a bowl and add cornflour and water with salt and sprinkle some black pepper in it as well. Make a thick batter out of it.Now take all the capsicum and stuff the minced mutton inside the capsicums. Repeat the process for all capsicum. And finally close the open end of capsicum with the thick cornflower batter.Now take a pan and put a gas stove over it. Add some amount of butter in it. When the butter gets melted, then put the capsicums one by one.Bake each of them properly from both sides. If you want you can use oven also while preparing this colourful dish.Serve it hot with fresh cream and salad. It is a very popular dish in India and you can prepare it during HOLI (the festival of colors, very famous in India) as a beautiful dish.

It can also be prepared at other occassions as well. It tastes delicious and people of all age group relish this dish with his family members. Holi is a great festival in India and it would be wonderful to prepare this dish on that day.
