We all know that eating so much protein everyday sometimes make us feel and wonder if there other food types to enjoy other than meat. This is the time when others venture on vegetable stir fry recipes and work hard to create a very sumptuous and delicious veggie stir fry for the entire family. Most often, vegetable fries are not fully consumed due to its lack of sauciness, spiciness, saltiness and sweetness that perhaps may encourage a diner to fully enjoy their meal.
Through a lot of experimentation, we have crafted a recipe that we are about to share with you in this article for you to have fun and enjoy in preparing at your very own kitchens. This is healthy, filled with nutritional values and most of all, protein free. Let us do the cooking and try them at home.
SPICY VEGETABLE STIR-FRY: This makes four servings and can be prepared in ten minutes and cooked in twenty nine minutes. It is easy and simple and quick to prepare. Have fun then.

INGREDIENTS:
Three tablespoons soy sauce, ple4ase use the low sodium type
Two tablespoons light-brown sugar
One a half teaspoons Asian chili-garlic paste (such as Sriracha)
One tablespoon grated fresh ginger
One half cup cornstarch
One block of fourteen ounces firm tofu, please drain and cut them into one inch cubes
One tablespoon vegetable oil
Two large sweet red peppers, please remove the seeds and chop them
One cup baby carrots, please cut them diagonally into three equal parts
Four ounces snow peas, please trim them and cut them into halves diagonally
Six cups leaf spinach, please remove the stems
Eight ounces soba noodles, prepared separately according to the package directions
THE PROCEDURE FOR STIR FRYING:
Begin by mixing into a beautiful blend the soy sauce, sugar, chili-garlic paste, ginger and one tablespoon of the cornstarch. Stir until the cornstarch is fully dissolved in the mixture. Reserve this as your stir fry sauce that will provide magic to your veggie fry.
Then prepare the tofu by patting the cut tofu dry.
Place the remaining tablespoons of cornstarch in a pie plate or a flat large plate and coat the tofu with the starch on all sides.
Begin frying by heating oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat on your American stove.
Then add the tofu to the skillet in two batches and cook each batch for ten minutes until it is lightly browned. Remove from skillet to a plate and reserve.
Reheat your pan and add the red pepper, carrots, snow peas and three tablespoons of water and cook with a cover. Continue to heat the veggies with the cover for six minutes until they are tender.
Then remove the cover and add the spinach then return the cover again to cook for another minute.
Then remove the cover and stir in the soy sauce mixture and cook for two minutes until th sauce thickens.
Return the tofu to the pan and stir slowly to combine the ingredients.
When heated through, transfer to a serving platter and serve hot with noodles.
