John Cotton White Christmas Duvet Set Review

For some people Christmas is the only time they get to spend quality time with their loved ones. For me it is the only time I get to see my younger sister as she lives at the opposite end of the country to us. She always comes to stay with us for a few days but as she can't drive she always comes via the train and travels light so has no room to bring her own bedding etc with her, this is always left to me to sort out, which I don't mind sorting but it has been a pain in the past. If like us you have some guests coming this year then the John Cotton 13.5 Tog White Christmas Duvet Set may just be of use to you.

This bedding set has everything you will need to keep your guest warm and comfy. It even comes packed in a handy storage bag so you can pack it all back away when they've gone. This means it is easy to store after. I have found the perfect place under James' bed for this. However, should I need that space it will fit perfectly in the bottom of a wardrobe.

The set is very good value for money and includes a 13.5 tog duvet, 2 pillows, a mattress protector and 2 pillow protectors.

Although everything is rolled up and very flat in the storage bag it fluffs up really well with a good shake. It isn't too hard to pack it all away either as everything flattens back down nicely.

The set is made from Anti-allergy materials and Machine washable at 40c. But is only able to be dried on a line so you might want to pick your times carefully when washing it as you may end up stuck with a soggy duvet that can't be dried.

I was sent a double duvet set, this is on offer at the minute and is available to buy at half price at £19.99 in Argos. You can buy other sized sets too which are also on offer.

Even if you don't have any guests coming over Christmas it is always handy to have spare bedding just in case you get any unexpected guests. Only last year we got stuck at my mums house unexpectedly due to a huge snow storm that made it impossible for us to get home. She didn't have any spare bedding for us all but luckily her neighbour did and was only too happy to help out. My mum has since been out and bought spares to keep in her at her house for such unexpected occasions.
